Natural Guardian Bond
Georgia, Heard County

Know all men by these presents that we  W.P. Trammell as Principal and H.H. 
Davis, J.E. Mooty, I.B. Adams and E.E. Turner are bound unto T.M.Awbrey, 
Ordinary of said County and his successors in office in the sum of eight 
Hundred Dollars for the payment which we bind outselves our heirs and assigns 
jointly and severally.  Signed, sealed and delivered this 27th day of March 
1917.

The condition of the above bond is such:  that if the said W.P. Trammell the 
Natural Guardian of his children Lewis P. Trammell, Melta May Trammell, Hope 
Smith Trammell, Artemisia Trammel and Coy Bynum Trammell to whom recently 
there has been inherited from the estate of Edward Lewis their grandfather a 
pecuniary legacy of real and personal property of some one thousand dollars, 
shall well and truly demean himself according to law as Guardian of such funds 
when received by him, then the above bond to be null and void else to remain 
in full force.

April 2, 1917

W.P. Trammell Natural Guardian of his children Lewis P. Trammell, Melta May 
Trammell, Hoke Smith Trammell, Artemesia Trammell and Coy Bynum Trammell 
having come into open Court and tendered to the Court good bond and security 
which is hereby accepted by the Court for Guardianship of a pecuniary legacy 
inhereited by said minor chldren of one thousand dollars, it is ordered by the 
Court that said bond be recorded and that W.P. Trammell be and is hereby 
vested with all the authority  of Guardian of this property to receive the 
same and manage it according to law.
