Arrington as principal and W. A. Sheats security are held and firmly bound unto Robt. G. Crain Ordinary of said County and to his successors in office in the sum of four hundred dollars to the payment of which will and truly to be made we bind ourselves and heirs, executors and administrators of us and each of us firmly by these presents. Subscribed with our hands and sealed with our seals this 22nd day of June 1900. The condition of the above bond on obligation is such that whereas the above bound Charles J. Arrington has this day applied to the said Robt. G. Crain Ordinary for and has obtained temporary letters of administration of the goods and chattels, rights and credits of Isham Arrington, deceased. Now if the above bound Charles J. Arrington shall carefully collect and preserve from wastes on loss all the goods and chattels and effects of the said Isham Arrington deceased, and shall make on cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all such estate and the same being so preserved, so surrender up such estate and effects with the inventory aforesaid unto the legal and proper Administration on or by the first Monday in September next or so soon thereafter as the Ordinary shall direct with all his other actings and doings therein, then this obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force of law. All rights of homestead an exemption is hearby waived by each of us as to this obligation. Attested & Approved {Charles J. Arrington, his mark Robt. G. Crain {W. A.
