NOTICE OF PETITION TO SELL LANDS
State of Alabama, Randolph County Probate Court
November 19, 1917

Notice to:

Lou Peiden who resides in Heard County, State of Georgia
Lizzie Peiden who resides in Heard County, State of Georgia
Mary Peiden who resides in Heard County, State of Georgia
Iva Peiden who resides in Troup County, State of Georgia
Hill Burgess who resides in Troup County, State of Georgia

In the matter of the application of J.C. Burgess for the sale of lands among 
joint owners, to wit:

J.C. Burgess
Tom Burgess
Hill Burgess
Joe Burgess
Bob Burgess
Lou Peiden
Lizzie Peiden
Mary Peiden
Iva Peiden
Mrs. Susan Powell

Whereas, J.C. Burgess, petitioner, who has filed his petition in said court 
for the sale of lands described therein belonging to said joint owners, upon 
the ground that the same cannot be divided among the joint owners, and the 
10th day of December 1917 has been appointed for the hearing of said petition, 
you and all persons of interest are hereby notified to appear before the said 
court on said day to contest said petition if you think proper.  Witness my 
hand this 19th day of November 1917.  John T. Heflin, Judge of Probate
