(Deed signed Mar 9, 1850 and re-recorded in October 1896)

State of Georgia, Heard County
Indenture of March 9, 1850 between William Heard of the one part and William  
Bassett, John Griffis and Gilbert GAY, trustees of the Macedonia Church
and their successors in office of the other part, all of the aforesaid 
County.  Witnesseth that said William S. Heard has granted and conveyed unto 
the aforesaid trustees a parcel of land whereon the Macedonia Meeting House 
now stands including the spring, containing 5 acres.  To have and to hold said 
parcel of land so long as it is kept as a place of public worship by said 
Macedonia Church and if ever they shall dissolve said church, the land and its 
contents to revert back with all the appertenances thereof unto said William 
S. Headr, his heirs and assigns.  Signed, William S. Heard.
Witnesses: William Davis and Gilbert Gay  
Re-recorded Oct 13, 1896.
