To the Ordinary of Said County
The following is a schedule of property of Mary F. Arrington who is the head 
of a family consisting of herself and her husband, and  __ minor children:  
Henry Arrington age 19 years,  Marice ? Arrington age 9,  Levi Arrington age 
12, Anna Arrington age ?? 
Claimed to be exempt from levy and sale, for the use and benefit of said wife 
and family under Section 2040 of the Code of Georgia and the following 
sections.  The husband having refused to avail himself of the homestead ? 

One cow and calf worth $25.
One shoal ??
Household and kitchen furniture consisting of a 3 bedsteads and bedding for 
same, dining table and table ware, 6 common chairs, rocker, 1 sewing machine, 
1 clock, 2 ??, 1 trunk, 2 ?? and wearing apparel for self and family, all of 
the value of $150.

Personally appeared  Mary F. Arrington the applicant for exemption above set 
out who on oath says that the same is a true and correct Schedule of Property
which is claimed to be exempt to deponent and family under Section 2040 of the 
Code and following sections which deponent prays may be recorded as provided
