To the Ordinary of Said County
The following is the Schedule of Property of J. W. Potts who is the head of a 
famly consisting of himself, his wife L.L. Potts and two minor children to wit:
William Potts age 5 years,  John W. Potts age 2 years

Claimed as exempt from levy and sale for the use and benefit of his said wife 
and family under Section 2040 of the Code of Georgia and the following 
sections.  Filed by said Mrs. L.L. Potts, her said husband J.W. Potts refusing 
to file his schedule.  L.L. Potts, wife of J.W. Potts

One light red steer about four years old named Bull of the value of $15.
Two common bedsteads for the use of the family of the value of $7.
One light red sandy colored shote?  $1.50
One lot of feed for steer, sorghum hay  $2.50
One double barrell shotgun and saddle  $6.
One lot of farm tools  $2.
Wearing apparel of family  $5.
Family Bible,  School and Religious Books  $1.
Twenty bushels of corn  $10.

Personally appeared,  Mrs. L.L. Potts the applicant for exemption above set 
out who on oath says that the same is a true and correct Schedule of Property 
which is claimed to be exempt to deponent and family under Section 2040 of the 
Code and following sections, which deponent prays may be recorded as provided 
by law.  Signed,  L.L. Potts
