Teal who is the head of a family consisting of himself, his wife Mollie Teal and two minor children, to wit: Bessie age 5 years, Annie Belle Teal age 1 year; by his wife Mollie Teal, the said W.T. Teal having failed and having refused to make the said Schedule and claims said Exemptions: one bay farm horse with blaze in face about $12. One cow and red and white spotted cow with ? of horse named Hesty ? Fifty dollars worth of wood, ninety pounds of pork 200 pounds flour & 25 bushels of corn and the shucks and five dollars for each child Fifty bushels of corn, one thousand pounds of fodder, one table and one set of chairs sufficient for the use of the family and household and kitchen furniture not to exceed one hundred and fifty dollars in value Bed and bedding and common bedsteads sufficient for family One hundred pounds of cotton Common tools of trade for self and wife Encampments and arms of a militia soldier and trouper horn Ordinary cooking utinsils and table crockery Wearing aparel of himself and family Family Bible, Religious works and Schoolbooks Family Portraits Personally appeared, Mollie Teal, the applicant for excemption above set out, she being the wife of W.T. Teal who refuses to make out said Schedule, who on oath says that the same is a true and correct schedule of his Property, which is claimed to be except to deponent and family under Section 2040 of the Code, which deponent prays may be recorded as provided by law.
