Schedule The following described real estate: 50 acres more or less lying and being in Texas District of said state and county, lot of land 109 bounded as follows on the north by the land of W.W. Wood on the east by the land of A.J. Kitchens and Bird Jones on the South by the land of John D. Mooty and on the West by Alley ? Davis. The following personal property to wit: One sorrel mule named Bell about 13 years old One cow and calf 6 head of hogs Provisions not exceeding $60. consisting of 2 barrels of flour and 100 pounds of meat 50 bushels of corn, 100 bunches ? of fodder 1 one horse wagon Household and kitchen furniture not exceeding $150. in value, consisting of 1 pot, 1 pan, 1 fyer and 1 oven and 1 table Bedding and bed steads consisting of 4 bedsteads, 8 beds Furniture consisting of 6 chairs, 1 truck, 1 clock 1 Spinning Wheel Common tools of trade for herself and family 1 Gun 1 Family Bible Ordinary cooking utinsils and table crockery and wearing apparel for herself and family Upon considering of the within schedule filed this day by Amanda Daniel of said County, it is ordered that the same be admitted to record and that the property therein mentioned be exempt from levy and sale in terms of the law.
