ADMINISTRATOR'S SALE

Under and by virtue of a decree of the Court of Ordinary of Heard County, 
Georgia on Nov. 1, 1909, and recorded in the office of the Judge of Probate of 
Randolph County, Alabama, I will, on Wednesday the 8th of December 1909, 
proceed to sell for cash, to the highest bidder, on the premises in Randolph 
County, Alabama the following real estate, to wit:  One hundred and fifty two 
and 90/100 acres known as distinguished as follows:  Fraction Section 36, T21, 
R13 in Randolph County, Alabama, also known as the Spurlin lands and later 
known as the lands of Shadrick Crouch.  This Nov. 1, 1909.  M.F. Crouch, 
Administrator of the estate of Shadrick Crouch, late of Heard County, Georgia, 
deceased.
