Freeman - - 1517th District Luke Almon - - 1705th District Melvin Mooney - - 939th District We also recommend that baliff's and jurors be paid $2.00 per day for their services. Eddie B. Watkins; disturbing divine worship, verdict of not guilty. Lane Daniel; possessing liquor; plea of guilty, $25. or six months. Eddie B. Watkins, manufacturing liquor; plea of guilty, 12 months and $40., 12 suspended on good behavior. _____ MRS. A.P. HAYNES PASSES AT RIPE AGE Mrs. A.P. Haynes, 87, died near her birthplace Sunday last and was buried Monday at an impressive funeral at Salem, conducted by her pastor, Rev. Mr. Brachman. Surviving the venerable Christian mother are eight children, 3 daughters and 5 sons: Mrs. A.M. Buchanan, Mrs. Ed Brzeal, Mrs. A.J. Huckeba, Messrs. B.J., F.J., J.T., C.W. and W.R. Haynes. _______ MRS. MISSOURI JACKSON PASSES AT LINEVILLE Mrs. Missouri Jackson, 70, passed away at the home of a daughter at the Heard- Carroll line Saturday last and was interred the following day at Bethel churchyard in the same community. We have not received the promised list of survivors and other data of this excellent lady. ___ HOME NEWS, SUGGESTIONS, GOSSIP Messrs. James Kent and Lewis Tompkins went to Atlanta this week to enlist in the U.S. Aviation Corps. __ Mr. T.E. Owensby and family attended the Lester reunion at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J.O. Statham in LaGrange Sunday. Some 80 were present. ___ Mrs. L.D. Palmer, Macon, is visiting her sister, Mrs. J.C. Adams. __ Messrs. A.J.
