J.H. PARHAM, 84, BURIED SUNDAY, AUGUST 3rd Mrs. J.H. Parham, 84, passed away at the home of her daughter in the Simpson community Saturday morning. She was buried at Centralhatchee Baptist Church Sunday afternoon with Rev. O.S. Sheets officiating. She is survived by Mrs. Mary Thompson of Hogansville, GA; Mrs. Neighbors of LaGrange, GA; Mrs. Chandler of Union City, GA; Mrs. Hardy of Newnan, GA; Mrs. L.W. Thompson of Franklin, GA; Mrs. Nora Lipham of Newnan, GA; Mr. Robert Parham of Warm Springs, GA; Mrs. C.R Duncan of Atlanta, GA; and 37 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Lewis & Lipford were in charge of funeral arrangements. ___ LOCAL News Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Bohler and Mr. and Mrs. B.T McCutchen attended the Air Show in Marietta on Sunday. __ Mrs. Harry Niebrugge of Atlanta spent several days with Mr .and Mrs. T.E. Owensby the past week. __ Mrs. Minor Stephens is spending a while with Mr. and Mrs. J.G. Awbrey in LaGrange. __ Mrs. R.L. Awbrey spent the weekend in Roanoke with Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Awbrey. __ Mr. H.G. The hospital should be completed by mid Fall. __ LOCAL News Mrs. Felix Romanowicz has returned from a visit in the northwest states. __ Mrs. Hugh Goodson and Mr. Hugh Goodson Jr. spent last Sunday at the regular family reunion at College Park, Georgia. __ Miss Iris Swanson and Mrs. C.S.
