>From The Franklin News of the 1st, we learn that that Jackson Mills on the 
Chattahoochee, 7 miles south of Franklin, was burned on the night of the 29th. 
Supposed to be the work of an incendiary. The Mills were the property of the 
estate of Thomas Owensby, and valued at $1200.
