NON-RESIDENT NOTICE
State of Alabama, Randolph County
Probate Court, Sept. 7, 1905

Notice to:

Gusto Robertson who resides at LaGrange, Georgia
William Robertson who resides at Hogansville, Georgia
Mollie Veal who resides in Heard County, Georgia
Brewer Phillips who resides in Heard County, Georgia
Emma Phillips who resides in Heard County, Georgia
Callie Phillips who resides in Heard County, Georgia

Whereas, James T. Lane, one of the heirs of James M. Lane, deceased has filed 
his application in said court for the sale of the lands described therein, 
belonging to the estate of said decedent, for the purpose of making division 
thereof among the heirs of said estate, and the 21st day of October, 1905, has 
been appointed a day for hearing said application. You are therefore hereby 
commanded to appear before the said court on the 21st day of October 1905 to 
contest said application if they think proper. Witness this 7th day of 
September 1905. Jno. T. Kaylor, Judge of Probate
