NON-RESIDENTS NOTICE

State of Alabama, Randolph County

Probate Court

Oct. 1912

In the matter of the estate of Martha Davis, deceased. Fronie K. Fincher, 
administratrix vs. heirs of Martha Davis, deceased

Notice to:

John S. Davis who resides in the state of Georgia, post office address 
Frolona, Georgia

Delia Marshall who resides in the state of Georgia, post office address 
Franklin, Georgia

And to all persons of interest, take notice: This day came Fronie K. 
Fincher, administratrix of the estate of Martha Davis, deceased and filed 
her petition in writing and under oath, for the sale of certain lands 
belonging to the estate of Martha Davis, deceased, and described in said 
petition, for division among the heirs and devisees of said estate; you and 
each of you take notice of the filing of said petition and it is ordered by 
the court that Monday the 9th day of December 1912 be and is hereby 
appointed a day for hearing said petition at which time all persons 
interested can appear and contest said petition if they think proper. This
