Roanoke Leader
Liberty East, Feb. 10. Mr. Sherman Arp shot and killed his father last Tuesday 
night, in Ephesus community. He thought he heard a thief stealing chickens and 
when he ran out his father was in the yard. The shot killed the father instantly.
