HARRIS Franklin, Ga., Sept. 21st H. Lafayette Harris, aged 73, died this morning at 4 o'clock at his home near Franklin. He was a well known and popular farmer. He is survived by his wife, several brothers and sisters, five sons and six daughters. His sons are Prof. W.L. Harris, Harrison, Ga.; Henry R. Harris, Florence, S.C.; T.D. and J.W. Harris, Atlanta, Ga.; and Kirk Harris, Franklin, Ga. The daughters are Mrs. Lena H. Cox, College Park, Ga.; Mrs. S.J. Turner, Glenn, Ga.; Mrs. George H. Turner, Hogansville, Ga.; and Misses Maggie, Bennetta, and Kathleen Harris, Franklin, Ga.
