Jan. 30th

Quite a surprise wedding occurred last Sunday afternoon when Mr. Roy H. 
Crouch and Miss Fay Strickland drove over to Waresville and were united in 
marriage. After the ceremony they repaired to the home of the groom near 
this place. The groom is a prominent young man and one of our most 
prosperous farmers. The bride is one of the teachers of this place and comes 
from a prominent family of Hickory Flat, Chambers county. Their many friends 
wish for them a happy and prosperous life.
