Estep Georgia, Heard County I, Z.T. Estep of said county, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my Last Will and Testament, revoking any and all others that I have heretofore made. Item 1. It is my will and desire that by body be buried in a christian like manner, the place and details I leave to my daughter Virginia Lou Estep. Item 2. It is my will and desire that all just debts be paid as soon as practical after my death, if there be any. Item 3. It is my will and desire that at my death that all of my property both real and personal whatever kind it may be go to my daughter Virginia Lou Estep to be hers during her life provided that she never marries. If she should marry then it is my will and desire that all of my property held by her then to be divided equally among all of my children, they to share and share alike, and if one of my children should be dead then his or her interest to go to his or her heirs and if he or she has no heirs then his or her part shall go to the remaining heirs. Item 4. It is my will and desire that if my daughter should remain single until her death and my said property remain hers until death then it is my will that the property remaining at her death be divided equally among all the heirs without any expense if possible. Item 5. I hereby make my daughter Virginia Lou my executrix and relieve her from making any inventory of my property or appraisement and from giving bond; and she is required only by this Will to probate same. She is further relieved from making any returns of her acts and doings to any court whatsoever. Z.T. Estep Declared and published, signed and sealed by Z.T.
