Georgia, Heard County

I,   Zachariah Hardigree of said state and county, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament.
Item first:  It is my will and desire that whatever debts I may owe
shall be paid  as soon after my death as practicable.

Item second:  It is my will and desire that after the settlement of my
just debts as provided in item first, that all the property both real
and personal that I may own and possess at the time of my death, shall
remain for the benefit and support of my wife Mary M. Hardigree and such
of my children by my said wife as remain unmarried at the time of my
death.  And that all my estate aforesaid shall be kept together for this
purpose during the life of my said wife Mary M. Hardigree.  But if in
the judgement of my said wife it should at any time become necessary
either for the support of herself and such of my children as remain
unmarried and living with her as aforesaid, or for the benefit of the
estate, she may sell or dispose of such of the personal property as she
may deem best.

Item Third:  It is my desire that at the death of my said wife that all
the real estate as aforesaid and such of the personal property as may
remain, shall be equally divided among all of my children by my said wife or 
in case of the death of any of said children, then their ?  representatives 
shall take per stirpd?? in lieu of such deceased children, share and share 
alike.  But it is understood to be my desire that each of my said children and 
their legal representatives in case of death of any of said children shall 
first account for any indebetdness that they or either of them may owe the
estate.

Item Fourth:  I hereby constitute and appoint my wife Mary M. Hardegree
Executrix of this my last will and testament, this November 17,
1893.     Z. Hardigree.  Signed, declared and published by Zachariah Hardigree 
as his last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers who 
subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator at his instance 
and request, and of each other, he signing in our presence and we signing in
