NOTICE OF DAY SET FOR HEARING TO PROBATE WILL
State of Alabama, Randolph County Probate Court

In the matter of the Last Will and Testament of Mary E. Williams, deceased

Notice to:

W.J. Williams who resides at Abbottsford, Georgia
Mrs. Ona J. Dye who resides at Glenn, Georgia
Mrs. G.L. McBeath who resides at El Paso, Texas
Maud Holliday who resides at Santa Kita, New Mexico
Paul Holliday who resides at El Paso, Texas
Wilma Holliday who resides at Baylor, Texas
W.T. Holliday who resides at Bowdon, Georgia
Mrs. Mary E. Darden who resides at Gabbettsville, Georgia
Mrs. L.D. Crouch who resides at Glenn, Georgia
John T. Williams who resides at Montezuma, Georgia

And to all other persons of interest;  You will take notice that on the 10th 
day of September 1921, a certain paper in writing purporting to be the Last 
Will and Testament of Mary E. Williams was filed in my office for probate by 
W.J. Williams and the 10th day of October 1921 was appointed for the day for 
the hearing thereof, at which time you can appear and contest the same if you 
see proper.  Given under my hand this 10th day of Sept. 1921.  John T. Heflin,
