Will of Sam Simonton

We the undersigned being present at the making of Sam Simonton's nun cupative 
Will at the last sickness of Sam Simonton at his dwelling in said county and 
being called upon by him to be a witness to his Will heard him declare his 
Will as follows:

" I wish my wife to have and control my whole estate until my youngest child 
is eighteeen years of age and to give off to each of my children as each 
becomes of age or marries in manner and proportion as I have given to my 
daughter Nona and when my youngest child becomes eighteen years old, I Will 
that all of my property be equally divided among my children and my wife, 
share and share alike.  I wish my two sisters who are now residing on my place 
to have a home during their lives there on my place and it is my wish that my 
boys see after them as they ought, and my wife to be my executrix and my 
estate not to be further administered upon than to set up this my Will.  All 
of which on the fourth day after Sam Simonton's death was reduced to writing 
and signed by us at the request of the executrix.  Given under our hands.  
Feb'y 26th 1901.

Will of the within named Sam Simonton, deceased, so far as I know or believe 
and that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of
