Item 1. I wish my Executrix as soon as possible after my death to pay all my debts and if a sale of any property be necessary to said purpose, I direct that she sell such personal property as she believes can be most advantageously sold and authorize her to sell the same at public or private sale without taking any order of any Court. Item 2. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Fannie Bell for and during her natural life all my real estate consisting of the following described lands to wit: One Hundred and Fifty two and one half acres of lot of land number seventy one (71) in the thirteenth district of originally Carroll but now Heard County Georgia and being all of said lot of land except fifty (50) acres off of the south side of same, with remainder at her death to my children to wit: Bulah Miller, Ike Bell, Levi Bell, Hope Bell, Bob Bell, Dock Bell and Jim Bell and my step daughter Georgia Hester share and share alike. Item 3. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Fannie Bell all my personal property of all and every character and kind to be applied by her to such use and purposes as she may direct for the support of herself and such of my minor children as remain with her during her life time and at her death all of my personal property and the proceeds thereof which she has not disposed of shall be divided among my children to wit: Bulah, Ike, Levi, Hope, Bob, Dock and Jim and my step daughter Georgia Hester share and share alike. Item 4. I give and bequeath to the children of my daughter Jennie Bell to wit: Jep Parham, Bob Parham and Clifford Parham, nothing for the reason that their said mother has already before her death received more than an equal interest with my other children in my estate. Item 5. I hereby constitute my beloved wife Fannie Bell my Executrix and hereby relieve her from making any bond, inventory, appraisement or return to the Court of Ordinary or any other Court as my Executrix and I also relieve her from taking any order from any Court for the sale of any of my said personal property. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this twenty third day of February 1904. John Bell, X, his mark Signed, sealed and published by John Bell as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as witnesses at the instance and request of said testator and in his presence and in the presence of each other. Jackson, R.M. Lipford, Roy Johnson and D.B. Whitaker named as witnesses to the within writing purporting to be JOhn Bell's Last Will and Testament and being duly sworn saith that they at the request of said John Bell and in his presence did attest as witnesses the within writing as his John Bell's Will, that the same was signed and published by said John Bell in their presence as his Last Will; that he was at the time of said attestation and signing by himself of sound and disposing mind and memory; that he executed the within paper voluntarily. Georgia, Heard County I do solemnly swear that the writing contains the true last Will of John Bell the within named deceased so far as I know or believe and that I will and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of the State so help me God.
