Hogan Georgia, Heard County I, Francis P. Hogan, wife of William Hogan of said State and County, being of sound mind and memory and desiring to give devotion to the disposition of my property after my death, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other former Wills by me at any time previously made. My soul I commit to God who gave it, my body I give to christian burial. My worldly goods I dispose of as follows: Item 1. That all my just debts be paid as soon as may be especially two notes give by myself and husband to Martha L. Hogan and Elizabeth M. Edge deeming interest from the 1st year of their ages. The same being to make them equal to legacies given to my other children as they became of age. The Statutes of limitations not to be counted against them. Item 2. I bequeath and give to my faithful and loving husband William Hogan the remainder of my entire estate both real and personal property to use as he has need of and as he chooses during his lifetime. Item 3. It is my Will that at the death of my husband his body shall have a christian burial. Item 4. The portion of my property both real and personal that is left after the death of my husband shall be divided equally among my now living six children as follows: To my daughter Georgia A. Walton and her bodily heirs one sixth; To my son W.J. Hogan and his bodily heirs one sixth; To my son Robert T. Hogan and his bodily heirs one sixth; To my son Ben A. Hogan and his bodily heirs one sixth; To my daughter Martha L. Hogan one sixth; To my daughter Elizabeth M. Edge and her bodily heirs one sixth. And should any of the aforesaid children of mine mentioned in this Will die leaving no bodily heirs then their distribution shall herein set forth or any remaining part thereof shall revert bck as part of my estate to be equally divided among my bodily heirs. Item 5. If any one or more of my heirs shall make or cause to be made any effort to set aside this Will by legal or otherwise the same shall thereby forfeit their interest set forth herein and their said interest shall revert back to my estate to be equally divided among those not taking any part in the litigation. Item 6. I hereby nominate and appoint my three sons Wm. J. Hogan, Robt T. Hogan, Benjamin A. Hogan executors without being required to give bond for their faithful performance of this trust.
