The Old Cook Farm Cemetery was one-half acre land deeded by 
Ephraim Cook in the back of his farm from 1855 to 1908. 
This land was for family members and even though the land 
was sold before 1900, the 1/2 acre for the cemetery was set 
aside.   Ephraim Cook's land was bounded on the north by 
lands of John Blackman, on the east by lands of John W. 
White and L.A. Kuglar. Bounded on the south by lands of 
John South and on the west by lands of John Bunyan Cook.  
The Cook's were some of the First Families of Henry County 
and much of the history of this family can be found at the 
Henry County Historical Society.  This is in a residential 
area at Stockbridge, GA. The cemetery had been grown over 
but with a plan to preserve it in the near future. It is in 
a wooded area between two homes. The access to it is 
through a private yard and signed PRIVATE PROPERTY.
