Recorded this 11th day of February 1851 Henry Stokes Clerk Additional Comments: Note from transcriber: This transcription has been a labor of love & copied from the land deed that can be found in the LDS Library in Salt Lake City, UT. The above mentioned Rhoda Gardner is believed to be the widowed sister of Ira E. Farmer. It's possible that Rhoda's (Roda) husband's name was Russell D. Gardner, who is found witnessing a earlier Jackson Co., GA land deed for James Farmer. James Farmer is Thomas James Farmer, Sr. the father of Ira & Rhoda.
