	This indenture made and entered into this twentieth day of March in the 
year of our Lord eighteen hundred & thirty five between John Harp of the county 
& state aforesaid and R.P. Ellis of the same place of the other part Witnesseth 
that the said Harp hath this day bargained & sold unto the said R.P.Ellis a 
certain parcel of land containing fifty acres it being part of lot No. sixty 
two (62) being in Henry county and 3rd district & state aforesaid beginning at 
the north west corner of said lot in third district of Henry county thence east 
eleven chains & twenty links to a stake thence south forty five chains to a 
stake thence west eleven chains & twelve links to a stake thence north forty 
five chains to the beginning containing fifty acres more or less for & in 
consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in hand paid before the 
sealing and delivering of the presents and the said Harp do by these bind 
himself his heirs & assigns to warrant and defend the rights & title of said 
parcel of land & all appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said R.P. Ellis 
his heirs & assigns free from the claim or claims of all other person or 
persons whatsoever to have & to hold to there own proper use benefit & behoof 
forever in fee simple In wittiness whereof I have here unto set my hand & seal 
the day and date above written. Signed sealed and delivered in presence of this 
the 20th twentieth day of March eighteen hundred and thirty five.
