Brown, Clerk of said Court do certify that the fore deed is a true copy of a Deed from William Crumbley to James H Watters as is of record in Deed Book O at Page 636. Given by my hand and seal of Office this Aug 18th 1899 J. B. Brown, Clerk (signature) North S. B. Kimball East J. B. Childs South Jack Custutan (spelling?) West S. B. Kimball Additional Comments: This is a hand written document bearing the seal of the Henry County Superior Court apparently written by the Henry County Clerk, J.B. Brown on Aug 18th 1899. All hand writing is identical -- there are not separate signatures or marks. I suspect the recording date of Nov 2nd 1899 is incorrect as this is after the date of the copy. Could the recording date have been Nov 2nd 1858? This original document is currently (08/06/2009) in the possession of Asa James Watters, Jr., great-grandson of James H. Watters.
