The Henry County Weekly October 19, 1923
     Henry Superior Court convened on Monday morning at 9 o’clock in regular 
session, Judge OGDEN PERSONS of Forsyth, presided and court was organized with 
the selection of Mr. J. D. MCCULLOUGH of Stockbridge, foreman of the grand jury 
and Mr. T. J. PATTERSON, clerk of and G. B. D. BEARD bailiff.
     Judge PERSONS gave an able charge to the grand jury which was listened to 
with a great deal of interest by the large crowd present, and we think it will 
be interesting to our readers and will have it to appear in The Weekly next 
week.
     Court adjourned on Thursday until next Monday when the court will convene 
for the trial of criminal cases.
