The Henry County Weekly June 1, 1928
Georgia, Henry County
     Will be sold before the Court House in said County, on the First Tuesday 
in June 1928, between the legal hours of sale to the highest bidder for cash, 
the following real estate to-wit:
     Forty Eight acres of land more or less, in the 8th land district of Henry 
County, Georgia, being parts of lots 145 and 147 in said District, and known as 
part of the home place of the late Geo. W. Hays, bounded on the North by lands 
of Jess Greer, east by lands of Jess Greer, south by lands of Bud Chafin and 
west by lands of Moss.
     Levied on as the property of Mrs. L. W. Turner to satisfy an execution 
issued from the County Court of Henry County Georgia, in favor of the Farmers 
and Merchants Bank, McDonough, Ga. against Mrs. L. W. Turner, Tenant to 
possession notified.
This May 5th, 1928.
