FOR ADMINISTRATION
To Whom it May Concern:
W. H. WHITE having in proper form, applied to me for Permanent Letters of 
Administration on the estate of M. C. WHITE, late of said county, this is to 
cite all and singular the creditors and next of kin of M. C. WHITE, to be and 
appear at my office within the time allowed by law and show cause, if any they 
can, why permanent administration should not be granted to W. H. WHITE on M. C. 
WHITE’S estate.
Witness my hand and official signature this  1st day of August 1930.

Whereas, S. F. JENKINS, represents to the Court, in his petition, duly filed 
and entered on record, that he has fully administered G. W. JENKINS estate:
     This is, therefore, to cite all persons concerned, kindred and creditors 
to show cause if any they can, why said Administrator should not be discharged 
from his administration and receive Letters of Dismission on the first Monday 
in September, 1930.

MATTIE BLANKENSHIP TURNER vs. WILLIE D. TURNER
Divorce Henry Superior Court, Sept. Term, 1930
To the defendant, WILLIE D. TURNER,
     You are hereby required personally or by attorneys, to be and appear at 
the Superior Court of Henry County, Georgia, to be held in and for said County 
on the Third Monday in September 1930, then and there to answer the petition 
for divorce, filed in said Court by the plaintiff in the above stated case, as 
in default thereof the Court will proceed as to justice shall appertain.
     Witness the Hon. G. Ogden Persons, Judge of said Court this the 23rd day 
of July 1930
