The Henry County Weekly February 10, 1893
GEORGIA, Henry County

     LULA TURNER vs. TERRY TURNER. Libel for Total Divorce upon the grounds of 
willful and continuous desertion for more than three years. Suit brought to the 
October term, 1892, of Henry Superior Court.
     To PERRY TURNER: You are hereby commanded to be and appear at the next 
term of Henry Superior Court, to be held in  complaint of LULA TURNER vs. PERRY 
TURNER, libel for divorce upon grounds stated above.
     Witness the Hon James S. Boynton, Judge of said court. Luther Pair, Clk., 
J. F. Wall, libellants atty.

Note: Terry / Perry Turner. He is listed both ways in this article. I don’t 
know which is correct.
