C. Low and Miss Hattie Sue Low spent Monday in Atlanta. ~Mr. D. L. Franklin, of Griffin, made a business trip to McDonough one day last week. ~Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Johnson have been visiting relatives near Noah’s Ark. ~Col. W. H. Taylor, of Griffin, visited McDonough one day last week. ~Mr. J. W. Stephens, of Hampton, attended the meeting of the Democratic Executive Committee Saturday. He was accompanied by little Adair Chun, one of Hampton’s bright little sons. ~Miss Lizzie Nolan went to Atlanta Tuesday for a several day’s visit to friends and relatives. ~Mr. J. B. Jackson is one of the latest to give a turn to The Weekly machinery by adding a dollar to the force behind it. ~Because of the illness of Miss Hendricks, the anniversary of the Ladies Missionary Society of the Methodist Church has been postponed to a date to be fixed later. ~Miss Lillian Price, one of Locust Grove’s most attractive young ladies, has been visiting Miss Minnie Bailey at Jackson. ~Mr. A. P. Patterson, of Griffin, made his regular business trip to McDonough Wednesday. ~Misses Maude and Claude Sims, of Atlanta, and Miss Brown, of Dalton, spent last week end in McDonough as guests of Mr. and Mrs. M.
