The Henry County Weekly June 15, 1928
     Mrs. Guy Reeves with joint hostess Mrs. Leonard Adamson, entertained 
Saturday afternoon at Rex, with a miscellaneous shower honoring Miss Louise 
Adamson, bride elect.
     The living room and dining room were elaborately decorated with baskets of 
poppies and sweet peas, the color scheme was pink and white.
     A contest was given and the prizes were awarded Mrs. James Hale and Miss 
Marie Sanders.
     A delicious pink and white ice course was served by Misses Annie and Aline 
Adamson and Miss Sophronia McWilliams.
     Forty-four guest were present. The out of town guest were: Mrs. James 
Hale, of Atlanta; Mrs. Raymond Wallace, of Macon; Miss Ada Adamson, of 
Hapeville; Mrs. P. A. Peacock, of Morrow; and Miss Sophronia McWilliams, of 
Stockbridge.
