The Henry County Weekly
     The announcement given below, furnished the press several days ago, will 
be read with interest by the many McDonough friends of the contracting parties:
     “Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Wagner Walker announce the engagement of their 
daughter, Olive to Mr. Asa A. Lemon, of McDonough, the wedding to take place at 
their home, Rose Hill, near Griffin, April 27.”
     Miss Walker is well known here, where she has often been the admired guest 
and has become a social favorite. Of one of Georgia’s best families, beautiful 
in form and nature, gentle and kindly in manner, she will be gladly welcomed to 
the social life of our city.
     Mr. Lemon is a son of the late Alex A. Lemon and a native of  McDonough 
from his childhood. Popular in both social and business circles, he is 
receiving on every side congratulations upon this the latest and greatest of 
his many successes. He is one of our city’s best business men, being an officer 
of the Horton Drug Company and senior member of the firm of Lemon Brothers 
automobile agency.
