The Henry County Weekly June 15, 1928
~Mr. and Mrs. Z. L. Rape and little daughter Joe Ann were the guests of Mr. and 
Mrs. Ernest McDonald.

~Mr. Levi Daniel was carried to the hospital in Atlanta last Thursday for 
treatment. Hope he will soon recover.

~Mr. J. E. B. Rawls of near Griffin is visiting his daughter and family, Mr. 
and Mrs. W. H. H. Owens.

~Mr. and Mrs. Emmitt Rosser of Atlanta were the guest of Mr. Sammie and Miss 
Mattie Rape a while Sunday.

~Mrs. Bob Boatner is on the sick list this week, hope she may soon recover.

~Mr. Emmitt Owens spent last Monday night with Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Rape near 
Bethany.

~Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Daniel, Mr. and Mrs. Travis LeGuinn and daughter Dorothy 
visited Mr. Levi Daniel at the hospital in Atlanta Sunday.

~Mr. H. B. Sandifer is on the sick list, hope he may soon recover.

~Rev. T. C. Bukalew from Hapeville will preach at Daniels next Sunday p. m. at 
3:00 o’clock. Everybody are invited to come and hear him.

~Miss Luella Bailey, and Mr. Emmitt Jones, was riding Sunday afternoon.

~Miss Mary Frances Strawn and Mr. Pace motored to Kelleytown Sunday afternoon.

~Miss Esther Jones and Asa Shaw looked happy Sunday.

~Ask James Lane where he parked his car Sunday.

~Mr. and Mrs. Troy Evans of Rex, Mr. and Mrs. Emory Harper of Jackson spent 
Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Austin.

~Miss Robbye Cawthorn and Mr. Pummis Craig attended prayer meeting Saturday 
night.

~Mr. Roy Willard of Fla., is at home on a two weeks visit.

~Mrs. Blanche Austin spent Sunday night with Miss Vera Pulliam of Elliston.

~Miss Nell Willard spent Saturday afternoon with Miss Blanche Austin.

~Mr. Fred Randall of Covington called on Miss Blanche Austin on night last week.

~Mr. and Mrs. Bud Hooten was visiting relatives in Henry Sunday.

~Mrs. T. E. Boyd spent this weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. B. Strawn.

~Miss Lizzie Rivers seemed to be enjoying life Sunday.
