The Henry County Weekly September 28, 1923
~Mesdames C. C. and B. Y. White, Joe Howell and T. W. Peterman, and Miss Ethel 
White were guests of Mrs. W. H. White Friday p. m.

~Miss Katie Belle White entertained at a join birthday party for Misses Jennie 
Camp and Alpharetta Sanders, at her home in Rex Saturday evening. There were 
quite a number of guests present, music and games were enjoyed until a late 
hour, when ice cream and cake was served. When the cake was cut, Mr. Roy Martin 
had the ring and Miss Florine Sharp the thimble.

~Rev. and Mrs. W. N. South went to Atlanta Friday.

~Gertrude and Frances White, Agnes and Elizabeth Peterman, were the guests of 
Irene, Helen and Doris South Friday afternoon.

~Mrs. Monroe Barr and daughter, Margaret were guests of Mrs. C. W. South and 
daughter Wednesday afternoon.

~Mrs. Charlie Adamson was the spend the day guest of Mrs. Berry Dodson Thursday.

~Miss Johnnie B. White was the guest of Irene South a few days during the 
revival at Bethel.
