James Elbert Moore, 77, of Hampton, died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003, at Piedmont Hospital. Moore was born July 7, 1926, in Flovilla, Ga., to the late Samuel Whitt Moore and the late Maude Barnett Moore. He had been an ordained minister for 47 years in the Baptist church. Sunday school class at Liberty Hill Baptist Church until May 2003.
