MISS ANNIE ASKEW HEARS DEATH’S CALL

     Miss Annie Mary Askew passed away Wednesday morning at 3 o’clock at her 
father’s home in Stockbridge district. 
     Miss Askew was just 22 years of  age and a young lady of attractive and 
lovely character. She leaves many friends, who join with the bereaved family in 
mourning her death.
     She leaves her father, Mr. Jim Askew; three sisters, Mrs. Tilla Henderson, 
Mrs. Willie Owen and Miss Lizora Askew; and two brothers, Messrs. Carson Askew 
and Thornton Askew.
     The remains were interred at Stockbridge Thursday morning.
