T. S. CARNES Mrs. T. S. Carnes, Jr., age 38, died at her home near Jonesboro, Tuesday night, after an illness of some time. She was a noble good woman who was born and reared in this county and her death brings sadness to many friends and loved ones. She is survived by her husband, Mr. T. S. Carnes, Jr., one daughter, Miss Ella Catherine Carnes, two sons, Master T. S. Carnes, III, and Master James Quentin Carnes, all of Jonesboro, her father, MR. J. W. Cook, of McDonough, four brothers, Messrs. D. P., H. E., W. R. and J. R. Cook, of McDonough, Mrs. Milton Clark and Mrs. Howard Swann, of Stockbridge, Mrs. Epps Brannan and Mrs. D. E. Selfridge, of McDonough. Funeral services were held at Noah’s Ark Church, Thursday morning at 11 o’clock. Rev. W. I. DeBardeleben, Rev. Claude Hendricks and Rev. A. J.
