H. CRUMBLEY, at White House last Tuesday night. Mrs. Crumbley was in her usual health, and during the afternoon was engaged in her accustomed household duties, and when attacked was running the sewing machine. She remarked that the machine seemed to be going away from her, and it was soon apparent that she was in a serious condition. Medical assistance was hastily procured, but she gradually sank and during the night expired. Mrs. Crumbley was a sister of Mr. C. R. WALKER and Mrs. A. F. HARPER, of this city. She was a true, good woman, and her death throws a shadow over a large circle of friends, who extend sincere sympathy to the bereaved husband and relatives. Her remains were laid to rest yesterday in the cemetery at Ozias Church.
