LITTLE EUGENE CARMICHAEL IS DEAD
      The friends of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Carmichael sympathize with them in the 
death of their little son Eugene, who died Saturday morning at 7 o’clock at 
their home three miles west of town, after an illness of only a few days of 
Diphtheria. The child was eleven and a half month old and is survived by his 
parents and one brother, Wyman and little sister, Etta.
     Funeral services were conducted Sunday morning at the home by Rev. L. D. 
King with interment in the City cemetery. D. T. Carmichael funeral director in 
charge of arrangements.
