MR. L. H. DANIEL FALL ON SLEEP
     Died, at the home of his sister, Mrs. G. R. Wilson, July 7, 1928, Mr. L. 
H. Daniel, aged about 52 years.
     He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. G. R. Wilson and Miss Dollie Daniel; 
two brothers, E. B. Daniel, and L. C. Daniel of Locust Grove, also by many 
nephews and nieces and many relatives.
      The funeral was from Philadelphia Church Sunday 3 p. m. Rev. Timberlake 
assisted by Rev. J. L. Clegg officiated. Interment Church yard, D. T. 
Carmichael, funeral directors in charge.
     The silver cord is loosed, the golden bowl is broken, the dust has 
returned to the earth as it was; the spirit has returned to the God who gave 
it. The devoted boy who remembered his Creator in the days of his youth, ere 
the evil days came, or the years drew nigh, when he should say I have no 
pleasure in them, has finished his course and reached the heavenly goal.
