Death of Mrs. George Green
     It is our sad duty to announce the death of Mrs. George Green, who passed 
peacefully away at the home of her husband in this city, at 10 o’clock 
yesterday morning, Jan 14th, 1897.
     Although Mrs. Green had been an invalid for a long while, the immediate 
cause of her death was lagrippe, with which she was attacked about two weeks 
ago.
     Mrs. Green was a noble Christian woman whose memory will be tenderly 
cherished by many friends, and sincere sympathy is extended her bereaved 
husband.
     Her remains will be laid to rest in the Timberridge cemetery today, and we 
hope to publish an appropriate obituary in a subsequent issue.
