MRS. HOOD DIES AT EAST POINT
     Mrs. Mary Ann Hood died Monday at her home in East Point. She was 65 years
of age and leaves her husband, Mr. J. H. Hood, and four daughters and two sons.
     The funeral and interment were at Mt. Carmel Tuesday afternoon at 3 
o'clock, the Rev. Mr. Yarborough officiating.
