C. RAPE, which occurred last Monday after a severe and painful illness. She was aware of the fact that she was going to die, and freely expressed herself on the subject and left many bright evidences that she was prepared and ready to meet her maker. She was just entering into the bloom of youth and had only united herself with the church at this place a short time ago. We extend to the grief stricken parents our heartfelt sympathy in their sore bereavement. Her remains were laid to rest here last Tuesday morning, Rev. T. J. BLEDSOE conducting the services. The Henry County Weekly, August 29, 1902 Card of Thanks The people of the community, and those who were so kind to me during the recent illness of my daughter, have my heartfelt thanks for the many acts of kindness shown by them during the last illness of my daughter. I also desire to thank the attending physician for his faithfulness during her illness, and will ever remember those who have been so good to me in my hour of sore bereavement. May God’s richest blessings ever be with them, is the wish of myself and family. R. C.
