MR. J. C. WALDEN OF STOCKBRIDGE IS DEAD
     Mr. J. C. Walden, age 65 years, died Wednesday afternoon at a private 
sanitarium. He is survived by his wife; two sisters, Mrs. Lena Gilbert, 
Stockbridge, Ga., and Mrs. J. M. Conkle, of Atlanta; five brothers, Mr. Oscar 
Walden, of Stockbridge, Ga., Messrs. J. T., D. J., R. M. and W. G. Walden, all 
of Atlanta; two step-daughters, Mrs. Dr. Smith, of Stockbridge,  Ga., and Mrs. 
Claude Lee, of Atlanta, and One sister-in-law, Mrs. Ben Walden, of Atlanta. The 
remains were brought to Stockbridge Thursday morning and the funeral will occur 
this morning at 10 o’clock,(Friday) from the Stockbridge Methodist Church, Rev. 
Joe Thrailkill will officiate and interment will be in the city cemetery. The 
Stockbridge Masonic order will have charge of the services at the grave. 
Carmichael & Farris are in charge.
