HOWARD LEE AND SALLY(WYNN)CARTER-no date

Howard Lee Carter was born October 7, 1883 in Henry Co. He was the son of John 
Daniel and Lou(Rape)Carter.  He first married Sally Wynn and there were no 
children. Family members believed that the marriage was broken up by soon-to-be 
second wife, Anne Belle Moore. That couple lived near Moultrie, GA and had one 
daughter, Ann Moore Carter. Howard L. Carter died there on July 4, 1961.

Source is unclear but identity is not. May be from either Mildred(Carter)Allen, 
or Carter siblings, Allie Loyd, Emma, and Sidney Carter; all, late of Newton 
Co. GA.
