Q. Kirby Noblet Nox Woton & my(self?) [partial line] went a foot 7 miles-came back". The 27th: "at Colledge-a letter from J. L. Harr(is)". The 29th: "Just as last Sabbath". January 4th: "I received 3 letters-1 from Henry B. Skinner informing me that Miss E. F. Bryans was married-which sat me very low-1 from G. D. Whitfield & one (?) (at?) (Od?) [Odell?]-rain all last week". The 6th: "Rain-I went to Methodice Church to he(a)r Fergas(son)". The 7th: "Rec'd a letter from A. R. Brown-McDonough- [Having?] warm wether for the season". The 12th: "in eve me & Kirby went to Penatentier(?) [penitentiary]". The 13th: "I went to heard [hard]Shell Baptice church to [hear] Professor Watson preach-about 300 students here at church out of 335-in eve went to bridge & to here Fergason at 3 Oclock". The 20th: "I went to church-what is called the Christian ch.-in eve went to here Fergason". The 21st: "Went to Hospittle to see some opperations-Lik(?)- as the lectors is suspended until (until)next Monday". The 25th: "Christmas day-several of us went to Su(?) Row.-then to Christian church". The 26th: "I went to P. F. Eve's office-I cannot discribe my weeks work-I decected [dissected?] some".
