The building behind the children I am sure by now is an historical building. 
In the very back of photo betwen to boys stands Miss Tipton the teacher. 
Mom remembers Miss Tipton  was to marry a James Sannifer. 
Bottom row L to R Betty Rossa? or Rosser, 3rd girl is Grace Nell Brown, my 
mother,  Carolyn Crumbly, Carolyn Jackson, Martha, Top row L to right Hamrick 
who was brother to last girl on top row, Betty Jo Hammrick  5th boy over was 
Edward Jenkin. 
Mother said he always claimed she was his girlfriend. Of course she always 
denied it.  The tallest girl was Virginia Tranum? 
Mom says its been a long time since 1940 and maybe more would identify their 
picture or loved ones.
