Elliott-Rosser

     A marriage of much interest to their many friends, was that of Mr. Adiel 
Rosser and Miss Dovie Lee Elliott which was solemnized at the home of Rev. W. 
W. Arnold on Sunday Dec. 23rd, Brother Arnold performing the marriage ceremony.
     The bride and groom attended the 11 o’clock service at the Baptist Church 
in McDonough and at the close of the service they went to the home of the 
Pastor, where the ceremony was performed, after which they were driven to the 
home of the groom’s parents, for dinner, which had been prepared especially for 
this occasion. 
     The bride is the beautiful and accomplished daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B. S. 
Elliott, of McDonough, and the groom is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. I. P. 
Rosser and is one of our county’s best young men. This happy couple is two of 
McDonough’s best young people, and we join their many friends in extending to 
them our very best wishes.
